    UFOSHOTS is a division of UFO Film and Television Studios (UFO).

    The company provides; International Licensing, Distribution, Production Service, Rentals, Animation and Post Production. The parent company is based in Los Angeles with its Special Effects, Studio Facilities and Back-lot based in Sofia, Bulgaria.


   To date UFO has produced over 100 features films in Los Angeles and Eastern Europe since its creation in 1995. It is a company that has specialized in high concept/ disaster/ action productions- driven by cutting edge special effects. UFO was one the earliest companies to use PC computing power and software to create special effects for film. It then became the first company to integrate its production operations with a digital special effects facility in 1995. Today it is one of the most prolific producers of special effect driven- television movies in the world. With this vast diversity of work, UFOSHOTS was established to provide special effects and unique action sequences as well as a vast library of unique shots not found anywhere else.



    Reflecting on our production history, in 2012 UFO's release of "Company of Heroes" based on the popular video game, became Sony's most successful non theatrical film in their companies history. On another front, UFO has produced some of the most watched shows in the history of Universals Syfy channel. This translates to out of top 5 highest rated shows in the history of the Syfy Saturday Movies, 4 were produced by UFO. More recently UFO has delivered "Sniper 5 - Legacy" with Tom Berenger for Sony Pictures. "Jarheads 2" for Universal, "Viking Quest," "Firequake" and "Crystal Skulls" for Universal International as well as "Wrong Turn 6" for 20th Century Fox. At present UFO is in post on "Jarheads- The Siege" for Universal and "Sniper 6- Kill Shot" for Sony as well as a campy action comedy for Universal and the Syfy channel; "RoboShark."
